DAF Remapping Service

On a fully loaded XF or CF, the factory map can leave the truck dropping a gear on every drag. A remap adds torque at the revs the engine cruises at, so it holds its gear and keeps its speed, and over a week that's time and fuel back in your pocket. If fuel is the only number you care about, our economy remapping aims the whole gain at it.

Few fleets are one make, so we remap Scania and Volvo trucks as well.

The XF and CF run 10.8 and 12.9 litre engines, including the Euro 6 MX-11 and MX-13, and the LF runs the smaller PX engines built for distribution work. Here are 2 examples from the calculator at Stage 1:

• XF106 12.9 litre: 456 hp and 2,300 Nm as standard, 517 hp and 2,530 Nm at Stage 1
• CF MX-11 (Euro 6): 440 hp and 2,100 Nm as standard, 485 hp and 2,185 Nm at Stage 1

Both assume a standard truck in good health, and the gain on yours depends on its condition and mileage.
