BMW's turbo engines, petrol and diesel, are built with headroom the factory map doesn't use. ECU remapping for your exact car brings it out, whether that's a 320d on the commute or an X5 with a caravan on the back. For M cars there's more to come from our performance remapping and a custom exhaust to match.
An xDrive BMW can't be measured properly on a two-wheel-drive rolling road. Our 4WD dyno drives all four wheels, so your xDrive car gets a true reading before and after the remap.
A BMW diesel is where you feel a remap from the first drive. The factory settings on the turbo diesels leave plenty of torque unused, and a remap gives you more of it, quicker acceleration and better fuel economy, which you'll notice most when towing or overtaking.
From the four-cylinder 20i and 30i cars to the six-cylinder M340i, M440i and M cars, petrol BMWs pick up a sharper throttle and a stronger mid-range. Most automatic BMWs from the last decade use ZF's 8-speed gearbox, which can be tuned alongside the engine through our DSG and TCU remapping for quicker shifts and room for the extra torque.

xDrive cars run on the 4WD dyno as they are, with all four wheels driving. If your BMW is an automatic, ask us about a gearbox (TCU) remap on the same visit.
