Why Remap Your KTM?
An X-Bow weighs next to nothing, so a little more torque goes a long way. A remap fills in the mid-range, which is where you spend most of a track day, and smooths the delivery so the car is easier to place on the throttle. Pair it with one of our custom exhausts and it sounds the part too.
Your X-Bow goes on our in-house dyno before and after, and its engine comes from the same family as many Audi and Volkswagen models.
KTM Petrol Engine Tuning
Every X-Bow runs a version of the Audi 2.0 TFSI turbo petrol, from the 240 hp original to the 360 hp RR. Stage 1 is a software change only. The calculator lists further stages for the 240 hp car, and those may need extra hardware we'd talk through with you first.
The original X-Bow and the X-Bow R at Stage 1:
- X-Bow 2.0 TFSI: 240 hp and 310 Nm as standard, 260 hp and 370 Nm at Stage 1
- X-Bow R: 300 hp and 400 Nm as standard, 340 hp and 460 Nm at Stage 1
Those are typical for a standard car in good health, and a car that's done a lot of track days gets looked over first.

What happens on the day
Check your KTM in the Remap Calculator or give us a call, then book it in. On the day it goes on our 4WD dyno for a before run, the map is written for your engine, and an after run shows you the difference in power and torque.
If your KTM is an automatic, ask us about a gearbox (TCU) remap on the same visit.
