Why Remap Your Chrysler?
In Ireland, Chrysler sold the 300C, Grand Voyager, Sebring and PT Cruiser with diesel engines. They're heavy cars, so extra torque is what you feel most, and the automatic gearboxes can be tuned to shift in step with it; our DSG/TCU remapping page explains how.
The 300C's 3.0 CRD is the same V6 diesel Mercedes-Benz used, and its petrol HEMI V8s are shared with Dodge, so the know-how carries across.
Chrysler Petrol Engine Tuning
From the 2.7 V6 to the 6.4 HEMI V8 in the 300C SRT8, the petrol engines gain a sharper throttle and a fuller mid-range.
At Stage 1, the calculator shows these for the 2 CRD diesels:
- 300C 3.0 CRD: 211 hp and 510 Nm as standard, 265 hp and 600 Nm at Stage 1
- Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD: 163 hp and 360 Nm as standard, 200 hp and 420 Nm at Stage 1
They're typical for a standard car in good health. On an older Chrysler, the result depends a lot on how it's been looked after.

What happens on the day
Check your Chrysler in the Remap Calculator or give us a call, then book it in. On the day it goes on our 4WD dyno for a before run, the map is written for your engine, and an after run shows you the difference in power and torque.
